Joining Us As Estate Agent

Join Us As "Salespersons" In Real Estate Agency
(With MND / CEA Criteria as follow)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must not be registered with another estate agent or be an existing KEO of another agent
- Have minimum 4 GCE 'O' Level passes or 
WDA's Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5 or equivalent
- Passed RES examination or possessed equivalent qualifications
- Undertake mandatory continuing professional development
- Fulfill fit and proper criteria such as
(i) Must not be an un-discharged bankrupt;
(ii) Must not possess criminal records involving fraud or dishonesty;
(iii) Must not have previous track record of complaints or convictions;
- Must not be a licensed moneylender or an employee, a director or a partner of a licensed moneylender
How To Qualify As A Real Estate  Salesperson?
**a) Sign Up With MND/ CEA Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Specified Course
- Course Fees estimated $900-$1000
b) CEA (RES) Examination - exam fees $246.10

AFTER YOU PASSED THE RES EXAM;
1) Associate Agreement and UPS Course:  $350+GST= $374.50 payable to Dennis Wee Properties Pte Ltd 
2) StartUp Fees:  E-Office and Email Fee $75, MND/CEA Badge ID Card/Name Card  200pcs/Professional Indemnity Insurance - $139 SPH AgentPic Form (optional one time payment $32.10), 
## Please prepare: Photograph 4 pcs (white background c/w black jacket/tie) ; Agent's GIRO Commission Payment Form (so pls remember your bank acct number) / MND/CEA/HDB Undertaking Form (you may do a Bankruptcy search for yourself in advance) & NRIC (front and back copy)

CEA Admin charges: $50+7%GST = $53.50
